1. Rebuild brick walls, approximately 80cm high
2. Plant barlind (yew) hedge along front fence (7.9m)
3. Build new ground veranda (L-shaped, 3.5m back edge, 4.0m deep, 5.0m front edge)
4. Build new front stairs (~2.5m wide, integrated with new ground veranda)

Work Items - Back

1. Replace and extend ground veranda (from ~1.5m to ~4.0m deep, jog 2.3m wide, front edge 7.5m, uniform look)
2. Remove hedge (~14.4m total, L-shaped)
3. Level the ground as far out as possible
4. Set up fence (at property boundary)
